- 1 Tbsp chia seeds
- 1 Tbsp flax seeds
- 1 1/2 cup quick oats
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
- 3 Tbsp agave or honey
- 3/4 cup water
- In a medium sized bowl combine chia seeds, flax seeds, quick oats, and mini chocolate chips. Stir to combine.
- In a small bowl combine PBfit, sweetener, and water. Stir until smooth.
- Add PBfit mixture to the other dry ingredients and stir until all combined and mixture forms a soft cookie dough.
- Scoop into small bites and roll into balls. Chill for 20 minutes or until firm.
- Keep in the refrigerator.
