INGREDIENTS

  • 3 Tbsp PBfit No Sugar Added
  • 2 Tbsp water
  • small pinch of salt
  • 1/3 cup 60% dark chocolate chips
  • 1 banana sliced
  • 5 medjool dates, pitted and halved

DIRECTIONS

    In a small bowl, combine the water, PBfit, and salt. Mix until smooth and well combined. In another small bowl, melt the chocolate chips in 30-second increments, stirring between each, until fully melted.

    Arrange the halved dates on a small cookie sheet for easy transfer to the freezer. Fill each date with the PBfit mixture, then place a slice of banana on top. Drizzle each bite with the melted chocolate.

    Transfer to the freezer and let set for about 15 minutes. If desired, top with flaky salt before serving.
