INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 2 Tbsp maple syrup or honey
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 scoops vanilla protein powder of choice
- 2 Tbsp almond flour
- 1/4 cup PBfit Classic
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips

Add the cottage cheese and maple syrup to a food processor or blender. Blend for about 30 seconds, or until smooth.

Transfer the cottage cheese mixture to a bowl. Add the protein powder, almond flour, PBfit Classic, and vanilla extract, then stir until fully combined. Fold in the chocolate chips. If the mixture is still a bit sticky, stir in a few more tablespoons of almond flour until it reaches your desired consistency.
