Be sure to stir almond butter prior to making it and place it in the fridge so almond butter is cold and scoops easily.
Melt the chocolate and coconut oil together in a bowl in the microwave in 20-second increments, or over a double boiler.
Line your heart-shaped molds with dark chocolate making sure the chocolate spreads up the sides a little by moving your pan around. Place in the freezer for 5-10 minutes or until the chocolate is set.
Remove from the freezer and scoop approximately 1-2 tsp of almond butter into each mold. Use the remaining melted chocolate to top off each heart and completely cover almond butter with chocolate. Place in the freezer for 15-20 minutes until hearts are firm and completely set.
