Ingredients
1 1/4 cup
PBfit Peanut Flour Baking Blend
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
2 Tbsp sugar
2 eggs
2 Tbsp avocado oil
1 1/2 cups milk of choice
Directions
Whisk all the ingredients together in a large bowl until smooth and combined.
Pour 1/4 cup batter onto a heated and greased pan or griddle.
Cook on medium-high heat or 375 degrees until bubbles form on the top and edges are set.
Flip and cook until golden brown, about 1–2 minutes.
