INGREDIENTS

  • 1 PBfit Protein Ball Mix
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ginger
  • 1/4 tsp cloves
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1 Tbsp molasses
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4-1/3 cup water
  • 1/4 cup white chocolate, melted

DIRECTIONS

    In a medium bowl, combine the PBfit Protein Ball Mix, cinnamon, ginger, and cloves; stir gently to combine.

    Add the maple syrup, vanilla, molasses, and water. Stir until all ingredients are moistened and a soft dough forms. If the mixture is too dry, add a little extra water.

    Scoop the mixture into portions and roll into smooth balls. Chill for 10–15 minutes.

    Melt the white chocolate, then dip the tops of the protein balls and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar or crushed gingerbread cookies, if desired.
