INGREDIENTS

  • 2 1/4 cups PBfit Peanut Flour Baking Blend
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chunks
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 cup (2 sticks) butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 tsp baking soda

    Preheat the oven to 350° F.

    Combine PBfit Peanut Flour Baking Blend, baking soda, and salt in a small bowl. Beat butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract in a large mixer bowl until creamy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in morsels.

    Drop by rounded tablespoon onto ungreased baking sheets.

    Bake for 9 to 11 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on baking sheets for 2 minutes; remove to wire racks to cool completely.

blake

cookies completely fall apart and are rather dry. they’re alright, but I would recommend smashing them a bit because they don’t spread out like normal cookies. I also baked them for 12ish mins as 9 were still completely soggy.
