INGREDIENTS

  • 6 skewers
  • 1 lb chicken breast, bonelss skinless, cut into thin strips
  • Korean Peanut Sauce:
  • 1/2 cup PBfit Simply Peanut
  • 1 cup korean BBQ sauce
  • Serving:
  • 2 Tbsp peanuts finely chopped
  • fresh cilantro leaves and red chili flakes

DIRECTIONS

    Thread chicken strips onto skewers, using 4 to 5 pieces per skewer. Place the prepared skewers on a tray.

    In a medium bowl, whisk together the Korean BBQ sauce and PBfit Simply Peanut until smooth.

    Reserve half of the sauce in a separate bowl and set it aside for later.

    Brush both sides of the chicken skewers with the remaining sauce.

    Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Place the skewers on the grill and cook for 4 to 5 minutes per side, or until the chicken is fully cooked through.

    Remove the skewers from the grill and transfer them to a serving platter.
