INGREDIENTS
- 1 PBfit Cocoa Protein Ball Mix
- 8-10 chocolate sandwich cookies, crushed
- 1/4-1/3 cup water
- 1/2 cup agave or honey
- 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup white chocolate chips

In a large mixing bowl, add the protein ball mix, agave, and water.

Mix with a wooden spoon and add water until a uniform dough forms. The dough shouldn’t be sticky, but it also shouldn’t be crumbly.

Add the crushed cookies and mix well.

Scoop into desired portions and roll each portion into balls. Dip each ball into melted semisweet chocolate. Place on a cookie sheet and let the chocolate set in the fridge for 10-15 minutes.
