Ingredients
- 2 large bananas
- 1/2 cup of berries
- 1 Tbsp coconut
Directions
- Cut the banana in half crosswise, then cut each half down the middle lengthwise to create four equal banana quarters.
- Lay each banana quarter face up on a plate.
- Spread PBfit Original across the tops of the
banana.
- Top with desired toppings. Options: roasted peanuts, berries, coconut, granola, melted chocolate, etc.
