Combine ½ cup PBfit with ¼ cup hot water. Stir until smooth.
Heat caramel sauce in the microwave until warm and pours out of the jar easily. Pour warm caramel sauce into the PBfit mixture and stir to combine. Add in an additional ¼ of PBfit and stir until smooth.
When serve or pour into a glass bottle and refrigerate to save for later.
