
PB Overnight Chia Oats
INGREDIENTS
- 1/4 cup oats
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 cup milk of choice
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1/4 cup PBfit No Sugar Added
- 2 Tbsp maple syrup
- 1 Tbsp cacao or cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup peanuts
DIRECTIONS

Mash 3/4 of the banana and mix with all the ingredients except peanuts in a bowl.

Split mixture between two 12 oz mason jars or containers, and chill in fridge overnight (or at least 4 hours).

In the morning add more milk to desired consistency. Mix in and top with peanuts and remaining 1/4 banana, sliced.

Just made this. I accidentally threw it in the blender. Hoping for it to set nicely! Curious on the serving size- it says 1 serving but yet split in two mason jars. Please help.

I make this using the PB2 protein powder (chocolate or the vanilla) to add more protein in to the meal and divide it into 2 breakfasts add fresh fruit and a splash of milk in the morning... I also microwave it for a minute... Delicious
