INGREDIENTS

  • 1/4 cup oats
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup PBfit No Sugar Added
  • 2 Tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 Tbsp cacao or cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup peanuts

DIRECTIONS

    Mash 3/4 of the banana and mix with all the ingredients except peanuts in a bowl.

    Split mixture between two 12 oz mason jars or containers, and chill in fridge overnight (or at least 4 hours).

    In the morning add more milk to desired consistency. Mix in and top with peanuts and remaining 1/4 banana, sliced.

Just made this. I accidentally threw it in the blender. Hoping for it to set nicely! Curious on the serving size- it says 1 serving but yet split in two mason jars. Please help.

I make this using the PB2 protein powder (chocolate or the vanilla) to add more protein in to the meal and divide it into 2 breakfasts add fresh fruit and a splash of milk in the morning... I also microwave it for a minute... Delicious

It says one serving in nutrition facts but says to divide into 2 jars. It says "milk of choice" which would each have very different nutrition profiles but you're putting nutrition facts anyway and not saying which milk it's based on. This makes me distrust literally everything about this recipe, and therefore every other recipes on the site.
