INGREDIENTS

  • 1 banana - sliced and frozen
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen acai puree cubes
  • 3/4 cup milk or juice
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp PBfit Classic
  • Assorted Toppings:
  • 1/2 cup PBfit Protein Granola
  • fresh fruit
  • PBfit rehydrated into peanut butter (2 Tbsp of PBfit to 1 1/2 Tbsp of water)

DIRECTIONS

    Add the milk and yogurt to a large, high-speed blender. Then add the frozen blueberries, strawberries, banana, acai, and PBfit powder. With the blender on low, use the tamper to press the frozen fruit down, mixing as much as possible. Blend on low until smooth, adding extra liquid only if needed.

    Assemble the bowls. Divide the smoothie into two bowls and top with PBfit Granola, PBfit powder, and your favorite toppings. Serve immediately for the best taste and texture.
