INGREDIENTS

  • 16 oz cottage cheese
  • 4 Tbsp PBfit Cocoa
  • 3 Tbsp honey, maple syrup or sweetener of choice
  • 1 Tbsp peanuts chopped, for topping
  • 1/2 Tbsp chocolate chips, for topping
  • For the drizzle:
  • 2 Tbsp PBfit Classic
  • 2 Tbsp water

DIRECTIONS

    In a blender, blend cottage cheese, PBfit Cocoa, and honey until smooth.

    Spoon the cottage cheese mixture into bowls and chill for 15 minutes.

    In a small bowl, mix PBfit Classic with water to create a drizzle.

    Remove the pudding from the refrigerator, drizzle with prepared PBfit mixture, and sprinkle with peanuts and chocolate chips.
