- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup avocado oil
- 1 1/4 cups milk of choice

In a large bowl whisk all the ingredients together until smooth.

Pour 1/4 cup batter onto a heated and greased waffle iron. Cook 3-4 minutes or until your waffle iron beeps when they are done.
