INGREDIENTS

  • jam layer:
  • 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp sugar-free sweetener
  • smoothie layer:
  • 4 Tbsp PBfit Classic
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk

DIRECTIONS

    In the bottom of a glass, combine the fresh raspberries, chia seeds, and sweetener. Mash the mixture together to create a quick jam.

    In a high-speed blender, add all the smoothie ingredients and blend until smooth and creamy.

    Pour the smoothie into the glass with the raspberry jam and gently swirl to combine.
