In the microwave gently heat the honey and coconut oil together.
In a medium bowl, combine PBfit powder, salt, and honey mixture. Stir till creamy. Stir in oats. Spread into a parchment lined 8x8 square pan; press lightly. In the microwave melt together the chocolate chips and coconut oil once melted, stir in PBfit powder and whisk until smooth. Pour over oats and sprinkle with peanuts and chill for 1 hour. Cut into squares and keep refrigerated.
