INGREDIENTS

  • 1/4 cup PBfit Classic
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/8 tsp baking soda
  • Pinch salt
  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup tightly packed dark brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1 large egg, lightly beaten
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/3 cup butterscotch chips

DIRECTIONS

    Preheat the oven to 350°F. Lightly butter and flour a 9x9-inch pan.

    Whisk together the melted coconut oil and sugar in a bowl. Add the egg and vanilla extract and whisk to combine. Add the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt, and mix it all together. Add the butterscotch chips or other mix-ins (up to 1 cup total). Pour into the pan and spread evenly. Bake for 18 to 25 minutes or until a tester inserted into the center comes out clean.

    Allow to cool. Cut into squares or football shapes and decorate with white icing to make laces for the football.

Made this and had no issues. Was easy to follow and it turned out well. I only wish it had more of the peanut butter taste, it wasnt very prominent and we thought it tasted more like a chocolate chip cookie than peanut buttery. I'll just add more next time or do a drizzle or something probably.
