In the microwave gently heat the honey and coconut oil together.
In a medium bowl, combine PBfit powder, salt, and honey mixture. Stir till creamy. Stir in oats. Spread into a parchment-lined 9x13 pan; press lightly. In the microwave melt together the chocolate chips and coconut oil once melted, stir in PBfit powder and whisk until smooth. Pour over oats and chill for 30 minutes. Remove from fridge and let warm slightly, remove from pan. To cut tree shapes cut bars in half lengthwise and then cut triangles from each side. Decorate with icing and sprinkles if desired.
