The cookies spread too much and there’s a typo in the recipe. “1/2 cup tbsp pb fit classic”. The dough was too sticky to roll into balls and overall didn’t taste great. Very disappointing.

From an experienced baker, 1/2 C PBFIT Classic powder seems correct, Fix the typo. I measure ingredients by weight, so please add gram weights to the recipe. It’s more accurate.

What is the point of cooking with PB "fit" if your cookies are 243 calories? 2 cups of sugar?? Yikes! May as well use regular peanut butter with a traditional recipe.
