1 cup unsalted butter or plant-based butter softened at room temperature
3 cups powdered sugar
½ tsp salt
⅔ cup plant-based milk
Combine PBfit and milk in a large bowl using an electric mixer.
Add in the butter or plant-based butter and beat until well combined and creamy. Add in salt.
Gradually add powdered sugar and keep creaming until completely combined. Be sure to scrape the sides and bottom of the bowl so all ingredients are well-combined. Continue mixing until the frosting is smooth and creamy.
Spread or pipe frosting onto completely cooled cupcakes or cake.
This frosting will frost a 9x13 sheet cake, a 2-layer round 8" or 9" cake, 24 cupcakes, or will generously frost 12 cupcakes (as seen in photos).
