INGREDIENTS
- 2 1/2 Tbsp PBfit Protein Peanut Butter Spread
- 1/4 cup PBfit Cocoa
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 1/2 Tbsp pure maple syrup
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup old-fashioned oats

Mix all of the ingredients together in a medium bowl.

Spread the mixture on a parchment-lined medium sheet pan.

Bake at 350 degrees from 10 minutes.

Let the granola cool on the pan for at least 15 minutes (it will get crunchy as it cools).

Break apart any large clumps with a wooden spoon (if you prefer regular granola just break it apart even more).

Put in a bowl with milk to eat as cereal, sprinkle on top of yogurt or ice cream or just eat as a snack.

Quest do you mix the pb with water 1st or just put it all together the add water to blend? Im new with the pb fit product so cooking will be a learning curve.
