1/4 cup cold heavy whipping cream or non-dairy whipped cream
2-3 Tbsp water
To make the Peanut Butter Hot Chocolate: In a large saucepan, add milk, chocolate chips, and 3 Tbsp PBfit powder and whisk until smooth. Bring to a simmer stirring often so the chocolate chips don’t burn. Remove from the heat and divide the hot chocolate between two mugs.
To make the PBfit Whipped Cream: In a large cold mixing bowl add cream and 2 Tbsp PBfit together and whip until stiff peaks form (when you pull the beater up, peaks will form and not fall over), about 3-4 minutes. Top hot chocolate with whipped cream.
To make the PBfit Drizzle: Combine 3 Tbsp PBfit and 2-3 Tbsp water to make a drizzle consistency. If it gets too runny just add a little more PBfit powder. Drizzle overtop the whipped cream. Enjoy your Peanut Butter Hot Chocolate!
