This is NOT 4 servings. It doesn't add any volume mixing it together. The entire recipe is 161 calories (without toppings) but it definitely is a 1 serving recipe!

The protein powder wasn't quite enough to overpower the tanginess of the yogurt with these ratios, but a good drizzle of honey made it juuuust right. It looks beautiful and deliciously fluffy when piped into a dish, too. Fun and delicious, but I agree with another reviewer--this is more of a 1 serving treat, maybe 2 if you're not looking for a big helping.

Just loved the idea of making fresh peanut butter using PB Fit. A extra benefit is it saves the rain forests by not using palm oils, transports easily through airport security, and backpacking for a quick energy boost. Made it with less water, to achieve a thicker more spreadable consistency. Also, made the “Peanut Butter Mouse” before reading it on your website, but add layers of chia pudding. Great job, now where is the almond butter? Rose
