INGREDIENTS

  • 3 Tbsp PBfit Classic
  • 1/2 cup plain nonfat greek yogurt
  • crushed peanuts for garnish
  • 1/2 cup fresh berries and sliced bananas

DIRECTIONS

    Stir in PBfit powder into yogurt.

    Transfer the mousse to a piping bag. Pipe into serving dishes and top with crushed peanuts, berries, and sliced bananas.

This is NOT 4 servings. It doesn't add any volume mixing it together. The entire recipe is 161 calories (without toppings) but it definitely is a 1 serving recipe!

The protein powder wasn't quite enough to overpower the tanginess of the yogurt with these ratios, but a good drizzle of honey made it juuuust right. It looks beautiful and deliciously fluffy when piped into a dish, too. Fun and delicious, but I agree with another reviewer--this is more of a 1 serving treat, maybe 2 if you're not looking for a big helping.
