Ingredients
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 cup of milk of your choice
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1/4 cup rolled oats
- 2 Tbsp maple syrup
- 1 Tbsp cacao or cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup peanuts
Directions
- Mash 3/4 of the banana and mix with all the ingredients except peanuts in a bowl.
- Split mixture between two 12-oz mason jars or containers, and chill in the fridge overnight (or at least 4 hours).
- In the morning, add more milk to desired consistency if needed. Mix in and top with peanuts and remaining 1/4 banana, sliced.
