1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips or coating chocolate
Directions
Mix PBfit powder, quick oats, and powdered sugar in a medium bowl and combine. Add milk of choice and mix until a smooth dough forms—shape dough into 1/2 inch balls.
Place each ball between 2 pretzels and gently press together.
Refrigerate for 5 minutes while you are melting the chocolate.
Melt chocolate in the microwave in short bursts until smooth and melted.
Dip each pretzel sandwich in chocolate to cover half.
Place on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet and chill for 20 minutes or until chocolate sets.
