Place sliced flat strawberries on a piece of parchment paper on a flat surface like a
cutting board.
Spread the PBfit peanut butter blend all over the strawberries. Chill in the freezer for 15
minutes.
Melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil in the microwave in 30-60 second intervals and
stir until smooth. Remove peanut butter covered strawberries from the freezer, pour
melted chocolate over the top, and spread to cover the peanut butter. Add a dash of
sea salt on top of chocolate, if desired.
Place in the freez
er until strawberries feel frozen (a couple of hours). Remove frozen
bark and cut into pieces. Store the remainder in the freezer in an airtight bag or
