Bring a large pot of water to a boil and cook noodles according to package instructions.
Finely mince the garlic and add to a saute pan with the oil.
Saute over low heat for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown. Add in the grated ginger and saute for 1-2 more minutes.
Add in the soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, red pepper flakes, and PBfit pure. Add in water and continue cooking for 1-2 minutes if the sauce is too thick add a little more water or too thin add a little more PBfit powder.
Toss noodles with the sauce and garnish with green onions and chopped peanuts.
