In a medium-sized bowl dump the jar of PBFit into the bowl and add half the water. Mix and continue adding water until all is used and you have a creamy consistency.
Spread your PBFit onto a wooden cutting board.
Drizzle with melted white chocolate. Then sprinkle with crushed peppermint candies and white chocolate chips. Serve with mini caramel rice cakes, pretzels, shortbread cookies, or chocolate cookies.
