INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 green apple, chopped
- 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
- 2 Tbsp PBfit No Sugar Added
- 1 Tbsp caramel sauce sugar-free
- 1/2 PBfit Salted Caramel Peanut Butter Protein Bar
- whipped topping optional
DIRECTIONS

In a medium bowl combine yogurt and PBfit no sugar add and stir until smooth Top with chopped apple, cut up PBfit Salted Caramel Protein bar.

Drizzle with sugar-free caramel sauce and top with whipped cream if desired.

Saw this video then, ADD TO CART! 🤩👏👏 so glad I did. It's so good! But I also added some cottage cheese to the mixture for a little more protein and bulk

I havent tried it yet but plan to. Just a suggestion to show calories and protein for those of us counting . Sometimes its a deciding factor whether to save or not. Im savibg this one either way! ❤️
