
Pumpkin Pie Protein Balls
INGREDIENTS
- 1 PBfit Protein Ball Mix
- 2 Tbsp PBfit Pumpkin Spice
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup pumpkin purée
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup white chocolate chips, melted
- 1 tsp vanilla

In a medium bowl, combine the protein ball mix, PBfit pumpkin spice powder, and cinnamon. Stir gently to combine.

Add the pumpkin purée, vanilla, maple syrup, and water. Stir until all ingredients are moistened and well combined, forming a soft dough. If the mixture is too dry, add a little extra water.

Scoop the mixture into portions and roll into smooth balls.

Refrigerate for 15 minutes, or until set.

Remove from the fridge and drizzle with melted white chocolate. If desired, sprinkle with a little extra cinnamon-sugar mixture before serving.
