- 1 cup milk of choice
- 1 Tbsp instant espresso powder
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 cup ice
- Add all ingredients into a blender and blend on high until desired consistency is reached.
Pour into a glass, and top with some extra pumpkin pie spice (if desired).
- If the smoothie is too thick, add a little more milk. If the smoothie is too thin, add more ice, then blend again.
