- 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 2 Tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup milk of choice
- pinch of salt
- Add all ingredients into a jar and stir until combined.
- Place into a sealed jar or container in the fridge to set overnight.
- Optional: top with bananas or fruit of choice and PBfit spread (PBfit mixed with water).
