INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup PBfit Pumpkin Spice
  • 1/2 cup vanilla whey protein powder
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 2 Tbsp powdered allulose or sweetener of choice
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 cup dark chocolate
  • 1 tsp coconut oil

DIRECTIONS

    Melt the chocolate and coconut oil together until smooth.

    Pour about 1 tablespoon of the melted chocolate into the bottom of each pumpkin-shaped mold. Freeze for about 5 minutes to set.

    In a bowl, combine PBfit Pumpkin Spice, protein powder, almond flour, sweetener, and milk of choice. Stir until fully combined into a smooth filling.

    Spoon the filling mixture into the molds on top of the chocolate layer, then chill briefly.

    Pour the remaining melted chocolate over the filling to cover completely.

    Chill until fully set, then remove from the molds.
