INGREDIENTS

  • 3/4 cup PBfit Pumpkin Spice
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 2 Tbsp honey or sweetener of choice
  • 1/4 cup cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 1/2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • pinch of salt
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/3 to 1/2 cup water

DIRECTIONS

    In a medium-sized bowl combine PBfit Pumpkin Spice Powder and water and stir until creamy add extra water if it is too dry. Add in the remaining ingredients and stir until all ingredients are combined.

    Use a cookie scoop to portion out the mixture and roll it into balls using your hands.

    Store in an airtight container in the fridge for a week or freeze for longer.
