
Pumpkin Spice Protein Muddy Buddies
INGREDIENTS
- 10 cups rice Chex cereal
- 2 cups white chocolate chips, melted
- 1 Tbsp coconut oil
- 1 cup PBfit Pumpkin Spice
- 2 scoops vanilla protein powder of choice
- 1 tsp cinnamon

Place the cereal in a large mixing bowl.

In a medium bowl, combine the PBfit Pumpkin Spice powder, vanilla protein powder, and cinnamon. Stir well to mix, then transfer to a large (2-gallon) Ziplock bag.

In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate and coconut oil in short increments, stirring between each interval until smooth.

Pour the melted white chocolate mixture over the cereal and gently stir until all pieces are evenly coated.

Transfer the coated cereal to the prepared Ziplock bag. Seal and shake until the cereal is completely coated with the PBfit mixture. If the coating still seems slightly wet, add a little more PBfit Pumpkin Spice and shake again.

Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet to cool and allow the white chocolate to set before storing in a bag or airtight container.
