Love using the PfitB powder! When making the recipe, I used bottled lime juice vs juicing an actual lime. The equivalency I found online - 2 tbsp of juice = squeezing one lime - was too "lime-y" for me. I would use 1.5 tbsp of bottled juice next time. In place of the chili paste (which I didn't have), I used 2 tbsp of sweet Thai chilli sauce. Also, following the recipe's water amount left the sauce more like a spreadable paste. I added more water until I reached the consistency I wanted in a dip. Finally, a bit more spice was needed, so I added 1 tsp of sriracha - yum! Would definitely make this again!

I love this recipe and it is so easy to make. I measured everything out and I added red chili flakes just to give it some more spice that I liked. The consistency is perfect. I'll be making this often.

Holy yum, this is good! I had to use oyster sauce instead of hoisin sauce and substituted bocha sweet (Stevia would be similar)for the honey. Start with the water as is and you can then adjust from there for consistency. I used this on sliced cucumbers with rotisserie chicken (shake in a jar), and it was delicious with insane macros. So good!!! Great find for this diabetic!
